NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF GUADALUPE 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at:

6 p.m., May 11, 2021

in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA

The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider the Olivera Multi-family Project at 1100 Olivera Street (2020-095-DR).  In addition to the five duplexes onsite, the developer plans to construct a triplex, an additional duplex, and two accessory dwelling units (under separate permit), located at the corner of Eleventh Street and Olivera Street (APN 115-036-010).

Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, May 7, 2021.
