NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at: 6:00 p.m., May 10, 2022 in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.

The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider Tentative Tract Map 29,065, a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to allow subdivision of a 21.8-acre parcel into 104-lots, including 98 lots for single-family detached residential uses; one lot for a park site; four lots for stormwater infiltration and one lot for supporting open space facilities in the R-1-5000 (Residential), REC (Recreation) and PF (Public Facilities) zoning districts; and establishment of a regional stormwater retention basin on a 9.16-acre parcel in the PF (Public Facilities) zoning district. The project site is in the southerly portion of the DJ Farms Specific Plan area, Portion of APN 113-080-018.
