NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., May 23, 2023, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider 2023-022-CUP, a request of Daniel Lopez and Rosio Ibarra to convert two structures in the R-3 zone district to employee housing for up to 40 employees, located at 4575 and 4581 Tenth Street, Guadalupe, CA, APN 115-052-010, -009.
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, May 19, 2023, and City’s website at www.ci.guadalupe.ca.us.
