The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider 2023-022-CUP, a request of Daniel Lopez and Rosio Ibarra to convert two structures in the R-3 zone district to employee housing for up to 40 employees, located at 4575 and 4581 Tenth Street, Guadalupe, CA, APN 115-052-010, -009.
