NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., October 25, 2022, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA

The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider Conditional Use Permit 2022-037-CUP, for Hwy 1 General Auto Repair, to legally establish an unpermitted automobile repair business in an existing garage, with associated outdoor vehicle staging and parking, on a 6,500 square-foot portion of two parcels totaling 1.9-acres, in the MC (Industrial Commercial) zoning district at 333 and 363 Guadalupe Street, Portions of APNs 113-163-002 and -003.
