NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER APPROVING A FIVE-YEAR EXTENSION OF THE CITY OF GUADALUPE SOLID WASTE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., November 22, 2022, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider extending the City’s solid waste franchise agreement with Waste Management for an additional five years, as is permitted in the existing franchise agreement.
Copies of the staff report will be available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, November 18, 2022.
