NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at:

6:00 p.m., March 14, 2023

in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California

The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider various consistency rezones to effect the ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GUADALUPE as a result of the recently adopted 2042 General Plan Update. The City Council will consider amendments to Sections within Chapters 18.16 (Zoning Map), 18.20 (Single Family Residential), 18.24 (Single Family Medium Density), 18.28 (Multi-Dwelling Medium Density), 18.32 (Multi-Dwelling High Density), 18.35 (Mixed Use), 18.36 (General Commercial), 18.42 (Commercial Recreation), 18.60 (Off-Street Parking), 18.72 (Use Permits and Variances), and 18.73 (Design Review) for a first reading of Ordinance No. 2023-509. A table containing all proposed rezoned parcels, identified by Assessor Parcel Numbers, is available at the Planning Department during regular business hours and on the City of Guadalupe webpage (

The City Council will also consider Resolution No. 2023-15 to consider several corrections to the adopted 2042 General Plan Land Use Diagram.
