NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO
APPROVE A CONCEPTUAL DESIGN FOR THE CENTRAL PARK RENOVATION PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., January 10, 2023, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to review and approve the conceptual design for the Central Park Renovation Project. The City received a $4.8 million State Parks grant for the renovation of this park. An initial conceptual design was submitted to the State as part of the grant application. Revisions to this initial conceptual plan are being presented for consideration, taking into account topography, utility location, existing rights-of-way, and public input.
Copies of the staff report will be available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, January 6, 2023.
