NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Proposed Charges for Guadalupe Benefit Assessment District No. 1

Fixed Charges 2022-2023

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a public hearing to take testimony on the written report of proposed charges for Guadalupe Benefit Assessment District No. 1 Fixed Charges Report 2022-2023.  The public hearing is for the purpose of considering all objections or protest to the adoption of the proposed assessment charges as set forth in said report or as modified by the Guadalupe City Council. The public hearing will take place on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm or immediately thereafter and will be held in the Guadalupe Council Chambers located at 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California.

The staff report regarding this item will be available to the public for review on Friday, June 24, 2022 in the City Administrator’s Office or at www.ci.guadalupe.ca.us

Public Involvement. You are invited to attend the public hearing and provide input.  Written and/or oral comments provided at the public hearing are welcome and will be entered into the public record.  Written information should be transmitted prior to the meeting if at all possible. Comments can be submitted by mail to the City of Guadalupe City Administrator’s Office. Comments may also be e-mailed to Todd Bodem, City Administrator at tbodem@ci.guadalupe.ca.us
