NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., December 13, 2022, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California.

The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider an amendment to the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance, Chapter 18.53 of the Guadalupe Municipal Code, with a first reading of Ordinance No. 2022-506. The amendment is required to ensure compliance with recently enacted changes in state law.
