NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m., December 13, 2022, in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA
The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider Design Review 2022-056-DR, and Conditional Use Permit 2022-066-CUP for the 849 Pioneer Street Apartments, an eight-unit apartment complex on a 0.28-acre property in the G-C (General Commercial) zoning district at 849-Pioneer Street 115-091-008.
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, December 9, 2022.
