NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF GUADALUPE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at:

6 p.m., March 23, 2021

in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA

The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider the Pioneer Street Apartment Employee Housing project that would increase the number of employees to seven for each of the 34 units, 2021-001-CUP, APNs 115-092-001, and -025.

Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, March 19, 2021.
