NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at:
6:00 p.m., September 24, 2019
in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe,
The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider an amendment to the recently adopted Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance, Chapter 18.53 of the Guadalupe Municipal Code, with a first reading of Ordinance No. 2019-480. The amendment is required to ensure compliance with recently enacted changes in state law.
Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, September 20, 2019.
