 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

MASTER FEE SCHEDULE PART 2, SECTION B-1, PARK & FACILITY USE & SPECIAL EVENTS UPDATE

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at: 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California to consider the following matter:

  • MASTER FEE SCHEDULE PART 2, SECTION B-1, PARK & FACILITY USE & SPECIAL EVENTS UPDATE – The City Council will consider a comprehensive update of the Master Fee Schedule Part 2, Section B-1 Parks and Facility Use, with a majority of the fees proposed to be updated.
  • In compliance with Government Code Section 66016, data indicating the amount of cost, or estimated cost, required to provide the services(s) for which the fee or service charge is levied and the revenue sources anticipated to provide the service(s) shall be available for public inspection at City Hall by Friday, July 13, 2018, not less than ten (10) days prior to the date of the Public Hearing.
  • The purpose of the public meeting will be to give citizens an opportunity to make their comments known.
