 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at:

6 p.m., August 13, 2019

in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA

The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider 2019-102-CUP, a request of Peoples’ Self-Help Housing for various signs for the Guadalupe Court Apartments located at 1402 through 1406 Eleventh Street, Guadalupe, CA per Chapter 18.52.160.  Additionally, a modified project description of 2018- 071-DR(MOD) is requested in order to increase the solar electrical production on site.

Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, August 9, 2019.
