Notice of Public Hearing

Proposed Charges for Pasadera Landscaping and Lighting District Fixed, Guadalupe Benefit Assessment District No. 1 and Guadalupe Lighting District Fixed Charges for Fiscal Year 2020-2021

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a public hearing to take testimony on the written report of proposed charges for Pasadera Landscaping and Lighting District, Guadalupe Benefit Assessment District No. 1 and Guadalupe Lighting District fixed Charges Report 2020-2021.  The public hearing is for the purpose of considering all objections or protest to the adoption of the proposed assessment charges as set forth in said report or as modified by the Guadalupe City Council. The public hearing will take place on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 6:00 pm or immediately thereafter and will be held in the Guadalupe Council Chambers located at 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California.

The staff report regarding this items will be available to the public for review on Friday, July 10, 2020 in the City Administrator’s Office.

Public Involvement. You are invited to attend the public hearing and provide input.  Written and / or oral comments provided at the public hearing are welcome and will be entered into the public record.  Written information should be transmitted prior to the meeting if at all possible. Comments can be submitted by mail to the City of Guadalupe City Administrator’s Office. Comments may also be e-mailed to Todd Bodem, City Administrator at tbodem@ci.guadalupe.ca.us
