NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at:

6:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 24, 2018

 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California to take testimony on the written report of proposed charges for Guadalupe Lighting District,   Guadalupe Benefit Assessment  District No. 1 and Water Standby Fixed Charges Report 2018-2019.  The Public Hearing is for the purpose of considering all objections or protest to the adoption of the proposed benefit assessment charges as set forth in said report or as modified by the Guadalupe City Council.

Persons who wish to be heard on this matter may do so by attending the Public Hearing and speaking or by writing to the City Administrator / City Clerk at 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California 93434.  A copy of the Fixed Charges Report for fiscal year 2018-2019 with the proposed amount set therein for each parcel is available for review at the City Clerk’s Office (805) 356-3891 weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
