NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at:

6:00 p.m., October 8, 2019

in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, CA

The City Council will conduct a public hearing to consider introducing on first reading Ordinance No. 2019- 482 to regulate and require a conditional use permit for the housing of seven (7) or more employees in any residential structure in all zoning districts in the City of Guadalupe where any residential uses are allowed.  The proposed ordinance will amend several sections of Title 18 of the City of Guadalupe Municipal Code and will add a new Chapter to the Municipal Code (Chapter 18.75).
