NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF GUADALUPE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe will hold a Public Hearing at:

6:00 p.m., August 14, 2018

in the City Council Chambers, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe,

 

The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider an amendment to the recently adopted Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) ordinance, Chapter 18-53 of the Guadalupe Municipal Code, with a first reading of Ordinance No. 2018-475. Staff is also recommending the first reading of a new section, Chapter 18.72.150 through 18.72.190 (administrative use permits) and an amendment to Section 18.80 (appeals).

Copies of the staff report are available for review at the Planning and Building Office, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California on or after Friday, August 10, 2018.
