NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF GUADALUPE

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Guadalupe at its regular meeting will hold a Public Hearing:

6:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2018

in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 918 Obispo Street, Guadalupe, California

The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider Extension to the Interim Urgency Ordinance No. 2018-472, extending a temporary moratorium, allowing the City time to repeal and replace the City’s Secondary Housing Unit ordinance, now entitled Accessory Dwelling Units, Chapter 18.53 of the Guadalupe Municipal Code.

Copies of the staff report regarding this item will be available in the Administration Office, beginning Friday, July 6, 2018.
